Computational resources

The Trasgo group manages the following computational resources associated to different scientific funded projects.

Computation servers

  • CHIMERA, 1 CPU AMD EPYC 9554, 64 cores (128 threads), 512 GB RAM, 2 GPU NVIDIA L40, 2 GPU AMD MI210.
  • GORGON, 2 CPUs AMD Epyc 7713, 64 cores cada una (total 256 threads), 1 TB RAM, 1x GPU NVIDIA A100, 2 x GPUs NVIDIA RTX4500, 1 x GPU AMD Radeon Pro W7800
  • MANTICORE, 2 CPUs Intel Xeon Scalable Platinum 8260, 24 cores cada una (total 96 threads), 512 GB RAM. 2 x GPU NVIDIA Volta V-100, 2 x GPU AMD Radeon Pro WX9100.
  • MEDUSA, 2 CPUs Intel Xeon Scalable Silver 4208, 8 cores cada una (total 32 threads), 64 GB RAM, 1 GPU NVIDIA Titan Z, 1 FPGA Intel Stratix 10.

Frontends

2 servers to access, compile, and launch work to the computation servers, shared disk for user accounts, backups, etc.
